Lisk is an open-source blockchain platform that allows developers to build applications on the blockchain. It is a non-profit organization founded by Max Kordek and Oliver Beddows in 2016. When an application is built, it will be a sidechain interlinked with the Lisk platform. Deployment of the applications is simple, allowing quick deployment in open source coding websites such as GitHub. When the file is uploaded it will be stored on and secured by the blockchain. LSK transactions are speedy taking an average of 10 seconds to execute. Need blockchain for dummies? CryptoScores has you covered. Check out the Crypto Academy Tab
